Do I have to do all nine courses?

Do I need Silver first?
Gold includes everything in Silver, so no. But you do need a live website to add features to — if you do not have one yet, the Blueprint inside Gold gets you there in three days before you touch a single Studio course.
Is Razorpay and GST really covered?
Yes, in V4 of every course. Payment gateways, UPI, and the GST basics a small Indian business actually needs. This is the part international tutorials leave out and it is the part that stops people going live.
Can I sell these features to clients?
