Welcome to Web Golok. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and everything sold through it, including our online courses, website design and development services, and webinars. Web Golok is operated from Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
By browsing this website, creating an account, or purchasing anything from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use this website. These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, which also apply to your use of this website.
2. Your Account
You need an account to complete a purchase on this website. When you create one, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current information, including your name, email address, and phone/WhatsApp number, and keep it up to date;
- Keep your login credentials confidential and not share your account with anyone else;
- Accept responsibility for all activity that happens under your account.
If you believe someone else has accessed your account, contact us at ask@askarindam.com right away. We may suspend or close accounts that contain false information or that are used in breach of these Terms.
3. What We Sell
Online Courses
Our courses are self-paced digital products. Once your payment is confirmed, the course is delivered instantly to your account on this website — there is no physical shipping. You can start learning immediately and progress at your own speed.
Website Design & Development Services
Our services are arranged through consultation bookings. After a consultation, any project we take on is governed by a written scope of work or proposal agreed between you and us (see Section 8).
Webinars
We run both free and paid webinars. Access details are sent to the email and/or WhatsApp number you provide at registration. Refunds for paid webinar tickets are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy (see Section 7).
4. Licence to Course Content
When you buy a course, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the course content for your own learning. You do not buy the content itself. Specifically, you must not:
- Share your account or course access with anyone else;
- Copy, download (except where a download is expressly provided), record, or redistribute course videos, notes, or materials;
- Resell, sublicense, or republish any course content, in whole or in part, on any platform;
- Use course content to create a competing course or product.
We may revoke access, without refund, if we find course content being shared or resold in breach of this section.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use this website lawfully and respectfully. You must not:
- Use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, other users’ accounts, or our systems;
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any code designed to disrupt the website;
- Scrape, copy, or harvest content or data from the website by automated means;
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users, our staff, or webinar participants;
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
6. Payments and Pricing
All prices on this website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are processed securely by Razorpay, which supports UPI, debit and credit cards, and netbanking. We do not see or store your full card or banking details; those are handled by Razorpay under its own terms and security standards.
Your order is confirmed only when the payment is successfully completed. If a payment fails or is reversed, the related order and any access granted under it may be cancelled. We may change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect purchases you have already completed.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In brief: digital courses carry a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund window (unless more than 30% of the course has been completed); webinar tickets are refundable until 24 hours before the webinar starts; consultation fees are adjusted against the project invoice if you proceed with a project; and service work is governed by its written scope or proposal. 8. Service Engagements
Every website design or development project we undertake is governed by a written scope of work or proposal agreed before the project begins. That document sets out deliverables, timelines, fees, payment milestones, revision limits, and any project-specific terms. If there is any conflict between these Terms and a written scope or proposal, the written scope or proposal prevails for that project.
Consultation bookings are scheduled for the date and time you select. If you proceed with a project after a consultation, the consultation fee is adjusted against your project invoice.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including course materials, videos, text, graphics, logos, and the Web Golok brand name — belongs to Web Golok or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any of it to you. You may not use our name, branding, or content without our prior written permission, except as expressly allowed by these Terms.
Ownership of work delivered under a service project (such as a website we build for you) is dealt with in the written scope or proposal for that project.
10. Disclaimers
Education only, no income guarantees. Our courses and webinars are educational. We teach skills and share our experience, but we make no promises about the results you will achieve. Your outcomes depend on your own effort, circumstances, and many factors outside our control. Any examples of earnings or results mentioned in our content are illustrations, not guarantees, and nothing on this website is professional, financial, or legal advice.
We work hard to keep this website available and its content accurate, but we provide the website and its content “as is” and cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Web Golok will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss — including loss of profits, business, or data — arising from your use of this website, our courses, webinars, or services. Our total liability for any claim connected to a purchase is limited to the amount you actually paid us for that purchase.
Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have as a consumer under Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, that cannot be limited by agreement.
12. Privacy
We handle your personal data — such as your name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, and billing details — in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Please read the Privacy Policy to understand what we collect and why.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to purchased content, without refund, if you materially breach these Terms — for example, by sharing or reselling course content, attempting to compromise the website, or abusing other users or our team. Where practical, we will warn you first and give you a chance to respond. You may close your account at any time by writing to us at ask@askarindam.com.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, this website, or anything purchased through it is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time — for example, when we add new offerings or when the law changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. If a change is significant, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users by email. Your continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Payments
All prices on this website are in Indian Rupees (₹, INR). Payments are collected through RBI-authorised payment gateways — currently Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets). We may add or change gateways (for example PayU) at any time; these terms apply equally to any gateway we use.
Your order is confirmed only when the gateway reports a successful payment. Access to digital products — courses, memberships, webinar tickets and the Mind Map app — is granted to your account automatically after confirmation. If an amount is debited but your order is not confirmed, the gateway normally auto-reverses the transaction within its published timelines; if it does not, contact us with the payment ID and we will trace it.
Coupons and offers: unless stated otherwise, one coupon applies per order, every offer has a stated reason and validity window, and we reserve the right to cancel an order arising from an obvious pricing error before it is fulfilled.
