Silver Membership — The Alchemist’s Toolkit + Hackathon

Web Golok Academy · Silver Membership · English + বাংলা

Build your own website in three days. Then spend the next ninety making it work for you.

Silver Membership is the 3-Day Website Blueprint, nine skill boosters and a live 90-day Hackathon — taught slowly, in plain English and Bengali, on software that costs zero rupees. You finish with a real site at your own domain, not a certificate for a course you watched.

One payment. Lifetime access to everything inside Silver. Seven days to change your mind, and you keep the template kit either way.

  • 530+ websites built since 2014
  • Every lesson completable with ₹0 of software
  • Course fee adjusts 100% against any WebGolok build

তিন দিনে নিজের ওয়েবসাইট। তারপর নব্বই দিন ধরে সেটাকে কাজে লাগানো। ধীরে ধীরে, বাংলায়, শূন্য টাকার সফটওয়্যারে।

You are not slow. You are stuck at a place nobody explains.

Here is what usually happens.

You decide, finally, that you need a website. You watch four YouTube videos. The first one is for America. The second one skips the part where you buy hosting, because the man making it already had hosting. The third one starts by asking you to install seven plugins, five of which want money after fourteen days. The fourth is good, but it is two years old and the buttons have moved.

So you open a free website builder. You spend a Sunday. You get something that looks alright on your laptop and terrible on your phone. You cannot work out how to attach your own name to it. You leave the tab open for three weeks. Then you close it.

A month later somebody asks for your website link and you send them your Instagram.

The five places people get stuck

  1. Domain and hosting. Not hard. Just never explained end to end, with the actual screens, in the actual order.
  2. The blank page. You know what your business does. You do not know what a homepage is supposed to say.
  3. Design. You can tell when a site looks cheap. You cannot tell why yours does.
  4. The words. Writing about yourself is the hardest writing there is.
  5. Going live. There is a small terror in pressing publish, and nobody talks about it.

None of those five is a talent problem. Each one is a sequence problem — the right small step, in the right order, with somebody who has done it a few hundred times sitting beside you.

Look at two versions of the next twelve weeks.

I am not going to tell you your life is broken. It is not. But there is a real difference between these two roads, and you already know which one you have been walking.

The road you are on

  • Week 1: you bookmark three tutorials.
  • Week 3: you buy a domain in a burst of enthusiasm. It sits empty.
  • Week 5: a client asks for your site. You say it is coming soon.
  • Week 8: you pay someone ₹12,000. They send a template with your logo on it. You cannot change the phone number without messaging them.
  • Week 12: you still cannot change the phone number. You have a website you do not own, in any way that matters.
The road with a method

  • Day 1: you have a niche sentence, a launch date and a goal card on your wall.
  • Day 2: your domain is live, WordPress is running, your hero section has your face and your promise on it.
  • Day 3: the copy is written, a lead magnet is capturing emails, and the 27-point checklist is fully ticked. Your site is public.
  • Week 4: two boosters done. Your site now looks like it belongs to a serious person.
  • Week 12: you have finished the Hackathon, your site has brought you enquiries you can count, and when something needs changing you change it yourself, in four minutes, on a Tuesday.

The difference between those two columns is not money and it is not talent. It is a sequence and a person who answers when you get stuck. That is the whole of what I sell.

Six steps. In this order. Always this order.

I have built 530-odd websites since 2014 and I have made every mistake available. The biggest one is doing these steps out of order — designing before you have decided who the site is for, or writing copy before you know what the page is meant to do. The order below is the whole method. In the Blueprint you do one step at a time, with me on the screen doing it beside you.

1FOUNDATION

Buy a domain, put hosting behind it, install WordPress, turn on the padlock. Roughly thirty minutes, done on camera with real checkout screens.

→ A live address on the internet with your own name on it.

2BLUEPRINT

Plan five pages on paper before you touch a builder. Decide the one job each page has to do.

→ A wireframe you can hand to anybody, including future you.

3DESIGN

Build the hero section with Elementor Free and the Alchemy Template Kit. Colours, type, logo, one photograph, one button.

→ A homepage top that looks like it cost money.

4CONTENT

Replace every placeholder line using the Prompt Pack on a free AI chat, then edit it so it sounds like you and not like a robot.

→ Words on the page that make somebody want to call you.

5MAGNET

Make one useful free thing, put it behind a form, connect the form to an email that sends itself.

→ A site that collects names while you are asleep.

6LAUNCH

Sitemap to Google, analytics connected, consent notice in place, twenty-seven checks cleared, publish.

→ A public website, indexed, measured, and safe to share.

Six steps, three days, one site. After that the boosters make each step better — but the site is already live. That is the point of doing it in this order.

Part 1 — The 3-Day Website Blueprint. Fifteen lessons, ten minutes each.

Fifteen short lessons, thirteen worksheets, one demo built in front of you from empty to live: Dr. Mitra’s Clinic, a small paediatric practice in Kolkata. You watch me do it, then you pause and do the same thing on yours. Nothing is sped up. Nothing is edited to hide the boring bits, because the boring bits are where people get stuck.

Day 1 — Foundation of the mind

Why a site you own beats an audience you rent · The 6-step method explained in sixty seconds · Niche and avatar, ending in one promise sentence · Your launch date, your first-lead date and a thirty-minute daily ritual · The Code of Honour, your toolbelt and the Burger-Budget stack

By bedtime: a decision, a date, and a goal card you can print. No building yet — and that is deliberate.

Day 2 — Foundation of the site

The three skills of a website creator, scored honestly · Step 1 FOUNDATION: domain, hosting and WordPress in thirty minutes · Step 2 BLUEPRINT: your five-page map · Step 3 DESIGN: Elementor and your brand kit · Checkpoint: a six-point audit of what you built

By bedtime: a live domain, WordPress running, SSL on, and a branded hero section that works on a phone.

Day 3 — The machine

Step 4 CONTENT: AI-assisted copy and images · Step 5 MAGNET: lead magnet, landing page and welcome email · Step 6 LAUNCH: SEO, analytics and the 27-point checklist · The Mirror and your 90-day roadmap · Your booster path and the Hackathon invitation

By bedtime: a public website with real words on it, capturing test leads, indexed by Google, all twenty-seven checks ticked.

Plus five Speed Boxes

Ninety seconds each, my real voice and my real screen: the agency-lane version of the step you have just built by hand. Nothing to buy, nothing required — just so you know what exists further up the road.

What comes with it: 13 worksheets (EN/BN) · the Alchemy Template Kit — Hero-01, About-01, Services-01, Contact-01, Magnet-Landing-01, Footer-01 · the Alchemy Prompt Pack v1, 12 prompts written for free AI chats · the 27-Point Launch Checklist · the 98-Niche Index. Everything you need is a PDF or an import file. Nothing to buy.

Part 2 — Nine boosters, in three packs. Three short videos each.

Once your site is live you will start noticing things. It looks a bit plain. Nobody is filling the form. You have no idea whether anyone visited. Each booster is a small, finished course for exactly one of those feelings — about twenty-five minutes of teaching, then you apply it to your own site the same day.

Pack Booster The problem it fixes What you walk away with
A · Design & Trust B1 Web Design Fundamentals My site looks amateur and I cannot say why. Design Swipe File of 10 sites plus the 12-Point Design Checklist.
A · Design & Trust B2 High-Conversion Landing Pages People land on my page and leave without doing anything. The Landing-01 template and a 10-point conversion audit for your page.
A · Design & Trust B3 Multi-Page Website Development I have one long page and no idea how to grow it properly. About, Services and Contact templates plus a journey map, with no dead ends.
B · Words & Automation B4 Website Copy & Content, AI-assisted Every placeholder line is still sitting there, mocking me. Prompt Pack v2, page by page, EN/BN, plus a one-hour polish checklist.
B · Words & Automation B5 Email Marketing & Automation Basics I collect emails and then do nothing with them. A five-email welcome sequence, written and installed, sending on its own.
B · Words & Automation B6 AI-Powered Website Workflows Everything takes me four times longer than it should. The AI Workflow Library — 25 copy-paste workflows that run on free AI tiers.
C · Traffic & Tuning B7 SEO Fundamentals & Schema Google does not seem to know I exist. SEO Starter Sheet and a keyword starter list for your niche.
C · Traffic & Tuning B8 Analytics & Conversion Tracking I have no idea if anything is working. Your five numbers on one weekly scorecard, and which one to fix first.
C · Traffic & Tuning B9 Post-Launch Optimization & Care I am scared the whole thing will break and I will not know what to do. A monthly 30-minute care routine and the un-stick guide for when something breaks.

Part 3 — The Hackathon. Because a site that is live is not the same as a site that is working.

The Blueprint gets you live in three days. The Hackathon is the ninety days after that, run as a group.

Every two weeks there is one live session on Zoom. Each one has a single job: one page fixed, one habit installed, one number improved. Between sessions there is a small assignment and a place to post it. I read what gets posted. If something on your site is broken, say so, and I will look at it on the call.

It runs in cohorts so that people are at roughly the same stage. When you join Silver you pick the next cohort you can actually attend — not the one that starts tomorrow because a page told you to hurry.

Week 0 · Launch checkYour live site reviewed against the 27 points.
Week 2 · Homepage clinicOne page rewritten, in public.
Week 4 · Magnet and listYour welcome sequence sends.
Week 6 · Mobile and speedThe phone version made properly good.
Week 8 · Traffic habitPick one channel, do it twelve times.
Week 10 · NumbersYour five metrics, read out loud, no shame.
Week 12 · Demo dayEveryone shows the site. Before and after, side by side.

If you cannot attend live, the recordings are there and the assignment still stands. But I will say plainly: the people who show up on the calls finish. The people who only watch the replays usually do not. That has been true of every group I have ever taught.

Community rituals: New Member Orientation every Friday 11:00 AM IST · Inner Circle Recharge every Thursday 8:00 PM IST.

Let me talk you out of it first.

Turning away the wrong person is cheaper for both of us than a refund and a bad month.

This is for you if

  • You run something small and real — a clinic, a tuition centre, a salon, a boutique, a consulting practice, a coaching business — and people find you only through WhatsApp and word of mouth.
  • You teach or coach online and you are tired of an audience that lives inside somebody else’s app.
  • You have tried once already, got stuck around domain, hosting or design, and quietly gave up. Most of my students are exactly here.
  • You can find three hours a day for three days, and then thirty minutes most days after that.
  • Your software budget is zero and you need that to genuinely be fine. Lane A is designed for exactly this and it is the default lane in every lesson.
  • You are more comfortable in Bengali than in English. Every lesson, worksheet and prompt exists in both.
This is not for you if

  • You want a website by Friday and you do not want to build it. That is a build job, not a course. Ask me for a quote instead and I will send you one.
  • You are looking for a way to make money online without a business. There is no business inside this course. It teaches you to build the front door of one you already have.
  • You are already a developer. You will be bored by day two. Look at Gold Studio or write to me directly.
  • You cannot find thirty minutes a day for the next three months. Come back when you can. It will still be here.
  • You want done-for-you results with no hands on the keyboard. Every guarantee I make assumes you do the work.
  • You need this in a language other than English or Bengali. Not yet. I would rather say no than teach you badly.

What I can prove today.

I have been building websites for other people since 2014. The count is over 530 projects — clinics, boutiques, tuition centres, restaurants, consultants, coaches, mostly across West Bengal and the rest of India, some abroad.

WebGolok still builds sites for clients today, from ₹60,000 for work the market prices at ₹1,50,000 and up. That business is what pays for this one. I am not a person who taught a course after reading about websites; I am a person who builds them on Monday and teaches on Tuesday.

askarindam.com — the site you are reading — was built with the stack I teach. The demo site in the course, Dr. Mitra’s Clinic, is built in front of you from an empty screen to a live domain. You can visit it and click every button before you pay me anything.

Proof you can check today

• 530+ client builds since 2014 — ask me for references in your city and I will send them.
• askarindam.com, built on the taught stack.
• The Dr. Mitra’s Clinic demo, live and clickable.
• The free 90-minute class. Watch me teach for ninety minutes and decide from that. It is the most honest sample there is.

You will not find star ratings, borrowed screenshots or student-count counters on this page. When students give me written permission to publish their before-and-afters, they will appear here with their names and links you can click — and not one moment sooner.

Two guarantees, and one promise that is not a guarantee.

Guarantee 1 — Seven days, keep the kit

Watch as much as you like for seven days. If it is not what you hoped for, write to me at the address in your welcome email and I will refund you in full. No form, no exit survey, no three-people-deep retention conversation.

You keep the Alchemy Template Kit and the Prompt Pack. That is not a loophole I forgot to close — if you gave the material a serious try, you should not be left with nothing for the effort.

Guarantee 2 — Your fee comes back as a build

If you decide later that you would rather I built the site for you, 100% of what you paid the Academy is taken off the price of a WebGolok build. Not a discount code. A straight adjustment against the invoice, at every level of the ladder.

It means the worst realistic outcome of joining is this: you learn how the machine works, you decide it is not for you, and the money you spent learning becomes money off the thing you wanted anyway.

The promise (not a guarantee)

Lane A: every lesson in Silver can be completed with ₹0 of software.

WordPress, Elementor Free, the Alchemy Template Kit, free AI chats, a free form plugin and a free email tier. If I ever teach a lesson that cannot be done on Lane A, that is my mistake and I will re-record it. What you do have to pay for is a domain and hosting — roughly ₹2,500 to ₹4,000 for the first year, paid to a hosting company, not to me. I will not pretend that part is free. From Silver upward your kit also includes licensed premium plugin copies worth ₹15,000+, with updates delivered through Web Golok, so you never buy plugins to finish the course.

Small print, in plain words: the refund window is seven days from the day you get access. Refunds go back to the card or UPI you paid with, usually in five to seven working days. The build adjustment applies to any WebGolok build project and does not expire.

What it costs, and why it costs that.

Silver Membership — everything included, worth ₹55,000+

Website Alchemy Blueprint — the full 3-day course, 15 lessons + 5 Speed Boxes worth ₹12,000
13 worksheets, Template Kit (6 Elementor sections), Prompt Pack v1, 27-Point Launch Checklist worth ₹5,999
9 skill boosters with templates & checklists — 27 short videos worth ₹17,991
The 90-Day Website Hackathon — live, in cohorts worth ₹9,999
Licensed premium plugin kit + updates via Web Golok worth ₹15,000+
The 98-Niche Index, community, buddy system and certification path included

You pay: ₹9,999 — one payment, lifetime access, including updates when I re-record.

Price in context. A WebGolok build starts at ₹60,000. The market price for the same work is ₹1,50,000 and up. Silver is a fraction of our own starting build price — and at the end you can build that site as many times as you like, for yourself or for somebody else. If you would rather I just built it, that is a fair choice, and every rupee you paid comes straight off the invoice.

Payment: UPI, cards and net banking through Razorpay. You will have access within a minute of paying.

Join Silver — ₹9,999

Seven-day refund, keep the kit. Fee adjusts 100% against a build. ₹0 of software needed.

Not sure yet? Start with the 3-Day Blueprint at ₹1,999 — the Blueprint, the Template Kit and the Prompt Pack. If you upgrade to Silver later, what you paid comes off. Nobody pays twice for the same lesson in this house.

Twelve questions I actually get asked.

I am genuinely not technical. Is this really for me?

Yes, and I will tell you why I am confident. The technical part of a website is about thirty minutes long — buying a domain, pointing hosting at it, clicking install. I do all of it on screen, at real speed, on the same screens you will see. Everything after that is dragging boxes and typing words. If you can use WhatsApp and fill an online form, you have enough hands for this.

How much will I have to spend on top of the course?

A domain, roughly ₹800 for the year, and hosting, roughly ₹2,000 to ₹3,000 for the year. So about ₹2,500 to ₹4,000, paid to a hosting company. Software is ₹0 — that is what Lane A means, and it is the default lane in every lesson. You will be shown paid tools when they exist, told what they cost, and shown the free way of doing the same job.

How long does it actually take?

Three days at about three hours a day gets your site live. The fifteen lessons are ten minutes each; the rest of the time is you doing the same thing on your own site with the video paused. After that, most people spend thirty minutes a day on boosters and Hackathon assignments. Some do the three days across three weekends. That is fine — the sequence matters, the calendar does not.

Do I need to attend anything live?

The Blueprint and the boosters are recorded, so no. The Hackathon has a live call every two weeks and those are worth arranging your evening for. Recordings go up either way. I will say honestly that people who come to the calls finish and people who only watch the replays usually do not.

Is it really taught in Bengali too?

Yes. Every lesson, worksheet and prompt exists in both English and Bengali — the Bengali is not subtitles, it is the lesson taught again. The member area shows exactly which are ready. আপনি স্বচ্ছন্দে বাংলাতেই পুরো কোর্সটা করতে পারেন।

What is the difference between the Blueprint and Silver?

The Blueprint is the 3-Day course, the Template Kit and the Prompt Pack — enough to get a site live. Silver is all of that plus the nine boosters and the 90-day Hackathon — the part that makes the site good and keeps you moving after launch. If you buy the Blueprint and upgrade later, what you paid comes off Silver.

What if I fall behind?

Nothing expires. Access is for life, and that includes every re-recording I do. The Hackathon runs in cohorts, so if you miss one, you join the next. I have had students disappear for four months and come back and finish. It is a course, not a train.

Can I build websites for other people after this?

You will have the skill to build a five-page business site. Whether you can sell that is a different subject, and I teach it honestly rather than glamorously: client work is taught in Gold Studio and Diamond, not here. What Silver gives you is the craft. Several people will end up building one site for a cousin’s shop and discovering they enjoy it. That is usually how it starts.

Will my site look like everybody else’s?

The template kit gives you the skeleton — spacing, structure, mobile behaviour, the boring things that make a page look professional. Your colours, type, photographs and words are yours from day two. In the demo you will watch the same hero section re-skinned for a yoga studio, a tuition centre and a boutique, and they do not look related.

What exactly does the refund cover?

Seven days from the day you get access, full money back, no questions, and you keep the Template Kit and the Prompt Pack. Email me from the address you signed up with. Refunds land back on your card or UPI in five to seven working days.

What if I decide halfway that I would rather you built it?

Then I will build it, and 100% of what you paid the Academy comes off the invoice. WebGolok builds start at ₹60,000. This adjustment does not expire and applies at every level of the ladder.

Who is actually teaching, and can I reach you?

Me. Arindam. I record the lessons, I run the Hackathon calls, and I answer the email address in your welcome message. I answer most things within a working day, in English or Bengali. I am not a large company. That has limits, and it also means the person who answers you has built the thing you are asking about.

One decision, and then just Tuesday evenings.

A website is not a talent. It is a sequence somebody has to walk you through once, slowly, in a language you think in.

If you join today, here is what happens next: you get access immediately, you watch five ten-minute lessons tonight, and by Sunday you have a live website with your own name on it and twenty-seven checks ticked. Then the boosters, then the Hackathon, then ninety days from now a site that actually brings you work.

And if it turns out not to be for you, you get your money back within seven days and keep the kit — or you tell me to build it instead and every rupee comes off that invoice. I have made it deliberately hard to lose here.
